SME Business Plan / Small Business Plan
Your small or medium business has been running for a year or more and you now need to develop a Business Plan for Growth. On a practical level you have a good idea how this will be achieved and you probably have some figures within the business to support this. You may be funding a Small Business Plan internally, via bank loan or developing a Medium Business Plan to secure investment from private investors but you probably don't have time to develop your expansion plan yourself, or may not have all the expertise necessary in-house. Alternatively, you may be applying for an Entrepreneur Visa and need a supporting business plan. Whatever your goals you need help developing a professional SME business plan that will stand up to scrutiny and provide a genuine growth plan for your business.
