He subsequently founded The Business Plan Team where he has played a key role in developing business plans across a broad range of industry and service sectors.
Jon brings deep, hands-on expertise in shaping commercial propositions from initial concept to market readiness. His skillset includes building management teams and operational structures, developing financial forecasts, preparing investment proposals, leading product development initiatives, and developing documents to support fund-raising efforts.
He holds a degree from Durham University and is a graduate of Henley Management College.
