SME Business Plan / Small Business Plan
Your small or medium business has been running for a year or more and you now need to develop a Business Plan for Growth. On a practical level you have a good idea how this will be achieved and you probably have some figures within the business to support this. You may be funding a Small Business Plan internally, via bank loan or developing a Medium Business Plan to secure investment from private investors but you probably don't have time to develop your expansion plan yourself, or may not have all the expertise necessary in-house. Alternatively, you may be applying for an Entrepreneur Visa and need a supporting business plan. Whatever your goals you need help developing a professional SME business plan that will stand up to scrutiny and provide a genuine growth plan for your business.

Fees & Time-scale
Fees, process and time-scale will depend on a number of key factors:

  • How much data you have available on the existing SME
  • How much work you have done on developing your options for growth and the operational, revenue and cost implications of those options
  • How much research is required
  • How much you are looking to raise in funding

We can give you a firm quotation and written proposal of work once we have had an initial FREE telephone consultation with you - simply call us on 0845 026 0198 or complete the Contact Form on this page. However, as a rough guide, a growth plan will take 2-3 weeks to produce and typically cost £1,850 - £2,850.

Process
We will review your company performance to date, develop a detailed financial forecast for your chosen growth strategy and develop a fully integrated SME Business Plan. Typically this is approached in three broad stages:

  1. Review, Analysis and Research
  2. Develop Financial Assumptions & Financial Forecast
  3. Writing the Business Plan & Appendices

What will be in my SME Business Plan?
The content of your plan will depend on the level of detail required. However, each plan will typically comprise a minimum of:
• A 40 page business plan commentary including a 2-page Executive Summary (See example of content outlined below)
• A 3 detailed year month by month Profit and Loss, Cash-Flow and Balance sheet + additional 2 year summary
• A set of appendices with detail supporting the business plan
